- Cancellation received until Monday, May 19, 2025: 100% refund (less 10% handling fee)
- Cancellation received from Tuesday, May 20 to Monday, June 9, 2025: 50% refund (less 10% handling fee)
- Cancellation received after Tuesday, June 10, 2025: 0% refund (100% fees are due)

Cancellation Insurance Subscription

You may subscribe to a cancellation insurance policy that covers the costs of your participation in the congress for you and your possible companions in case of illness, strike, etc. This insurance covers*:

If you decide to cancel your registration, the refund policy applies. This insurance may complete your refund, depending on your reason for canceling.
